We were in a drought. Well, I think after the 2.5-3.0 of rain that fell in Nashville within about an hour we're above normal for rainfall. I was on my way to work this morning, and saw this on Hogan Rd. right after the turn from Franklin Road. I have never seen this ditch this full. Wow.
