It was a quick 20 minutes but we each got to read several scriptures. It was also nice to talk to the kids about why we are doing this. It was great to explain how much power is in the Word of God and how great it is to fill that room with that Word.

Read Through the Bible
Our church just completed a building project. We built a new chapel, as well as, basically a children's wing. In the week before the official dedication of the chapel our pastor asked us to sign up for 20 minute time slots to read the Bible allowed in the chapel. I wanted the kids to be a part of this as well.

Wonderful! One year our church did this too. One of our Korean Ladies read in her language. It brought tears, to know we serve one God, one Savior Jesus Christ.
He is GOD and worthy to be praised!
Our church members also wrote favorite Scriptures on the concrete slab!
I'm proud of you all.
