Jacqulin turned 10 with quite an event. We got to school at 8:30 then boarded a bus for the Natchez Trace. We started walking a little after 9:00 a.m. We walked up hills, on steep, rocky trails, down hills and over creeks. We stayed in a gym at a school in the country. Jacqulin had 58 kids and about 30 adults sing "happy birthday" and then we ate cake. I don't know too many 10 year olds that can say they had a slumber party with 58 friends. We finished the walk today. Twenty-eight miles and I'm exhausted. Jacqulin is outside riding her bike. Oh to be 10 again.
