1965 is a very good year!

It's a 1965 Volkswagen Beetle. Bert bought this about a year ago. It supposedly had been refurbbed but not to the full extent that Bert knew it could be. I think he has had every part of this car apart. The car is fantastic!


I'm always really proud of Bert. You remember that Bible verse that says something like in whatever you do you should do it as if it's for the Lord? In other words, no matter what you are doing give it your all, don't just half way do anything. Well, Bert always give 110% to everything he works on. His portfolio is magnificent, but that's what he makes a living at. He is an excellent drummer, but that's just a hobby. Well, cars are another hobby and he restores cars and takes care of cars with all that is within him.
This is his 1st place trophy from the "Battlefield Region CCA Fall Car Show" held at Cool Springs Mall in Franklin, TN.
